Research Study: Netball Sports Team

Pre & post-test scores on the NAP™ Toolbox indicated the following results after 50 hours of brain agility and advanced visual skills training interventions:

  • The team won the National Championships!
  • Amongst the netball players (n=14), the mean difference between pre and post-NAP™ assessments was a 31% improvement.
  • Optimizing brain agility and cognitive-related skills directly correlated to improved performance and team agility.
  • A significant result with a P-Value = 0.01 (significant) was achieved!
