Career Development

The main difference between a NAP™ Practitioner and a Master Practitioner is that a NAP Practitioner cannot purchase NAP assessments at an economy of scale, but a NAP™ Master Practitioner can. A NAP Practitioner can also not sell a NAP Practitioner’s license but can refer a potential candidate for Practitioner Training, for which they will receive a standard referral fee.

You can upgrade to the NAP™ Master Practitioner level should you be interested in selling Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and learning solutions in volumes, and you fulfill the requirements for becoming a Master Practitioner. The next step should be to upgrade your license to a NAP™ Master Practitioner.

What does a NAP™ Master Practitioner do?

Functions of a Master Practitioner

  • A NAP™ Master Practitioner is the second-level distribution partner, managed by a Master Business Partner, operating within a specific market sector.
  • A Master Practitioner aims to establish a network of users and practitioners.
  • They operate in the role of an advanced practitioner or consultant to integrate Neuro Agility at different levels of education, business consulting, coaching, counseling, or therapy.
  • They usually have a vertical network of colleagues and clients.
  • They work with more clients, coaches, counselors, or therapists and develop stronger expertise as presenters of Neuro Agility Profile® Practitioner Training and Neuro Agility Master Classes.
  • Master Practitioners may expand into other countries or states as long as they can ensure non-conflictual collaboration with existing and new Master Business Partners and Master Practitioners. This allows for scalable expansion and strategic initiatives.
  • They are entrepreneurial people development professionals, like Coaching Schools, Retail Consulting firms, or business consultants who have successful practices or consultancies, but have the vision to sell and distribute large quantities of assessments.
  • A Master Practitioner’s responsibilities are:
  • Train and certify NAP Practitioners within their respective business domains.
  • Build a network of Practitioners within their industry.
  • Ongoing requirements:
  • Master Practitioners must administer at least 15 NAP™ Advanced+ assessments annually to maintain their status.
  • Master Practitioners choose to become Neuro Agility experts and don’t use too many other assessments.
  • A large enterprise interested in implementing Neuro Agility Profile ® and learning solutions organization-wide may also qualify as a Master Practitioner.
  • They maintain their company identity and brand, but train, market, distribute, and sell Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and online learning solutions as a separate new stream of generating revenue.
  • They are licensed as distributors and resellers of Neuro Agility Profile® assessments and learning solutions at discounted prices and resell them to end-users or NAP™ Practitioners in volumes that they purchase from a Master Partner.
  • They do have an economy of scale available to them for purchasing NAP assessments in volumes.
  • They purchase their assessments from the Master Business Partner who on-boarded them.
  • A Master Neuro Agility Profile® Practitioner cannot purchase or sell NAP Practitioner licenses but can refer a potential candidate for NAP™ Practitioner Training to the Master Business Partner, for which they will receive a standard referral fee.
  • They can, however, present NAP™ Practitioner Training on behalf of the Master Partner for which they will be compensated based on their mutually agreed upon fee.
  • This option is possible when a successful NAP™ Practitioner wants to upgrade from Practitioner to Master Practitioner.
