 Anelia has an Executive MBA Degree in Human Resource Management from Sheffield University, in the UK as well as a Master’s Degree in Political Science, Economics, and International Law at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. She is the founder of CATRO Bulgaria which belongs to the Austrian group of consultancy companies CATRO and Die Berater.

Anelia embraced this challenge in 2010 inspired by her belief that successful HR professionals are not born in universities but grow up inside organizations. For that reason, her main mission as founder of CATRO Bulgaria is to build up a strong and united team of young professionals who are sharing the same values and are eager to constantly learn and develop.

As a senior consultant, Anelia leads crucial organizational projects dedicated to Executive Search in the corporate and NGO sector, long-term Leadership Programmes, Performance Management, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement programs in different industries. Furthermore, Anelia is at the heart of the first CSR projects of CATRO in Bulgaria, being actively involved as Deputy Board President of SOS Children Villages Bulgaria and Board Member of the IMPROVE foundation.

In 2019, inspired by her interest in neuroscience, Anelia acquired a certification as a Neuro Agility Master practitioner and CATRO Bulgaria became the official representative of Neuro Link Europe. Since then, together with the CATRO team, she has been supporting numerous clients to develop their Neuro-Agility through individual coaching sessions and group interventions targeting employees, managers, trainers, and coaches.
